Congratulations - Mrs. Vivian Lockhart

Mrs. Vivian Lockhart, Director, Bahamas National Drug Agency was honored at
Bahamas Pharmaceutical Association's special Luncheon for her long standing
service to pharmacy profession and to the Bahamian people at Hotel Radisson on
10th July 2005. Congratulations.......

BPA Pharmacy Week

Bahamas Pharmaceutical Association celebrated 'Pharmacy Week' from 3rd to 10th
July 2005. The week of activities held including CE and socials. The team of New
Executive Members was installed at special Luncheon at Hotel Raddison on 10th July
2005. President - Phillip Gray, Vice President - Gina Archer Carey, Secretary -
Rochelle Bastian, Treasurer - Londa Taylor, CAP/CPA Rep.- Dr. Marvin Smith

25th CAP - CPA Convention, Georgetown, Guyana

25th CAP - CPA Convention was held in grand style in Guyana during 14th - 21st
August 2005 and was well attended by the delegates from the region. Presentations
done in this conference will be available on this website by 29th August 2005.

                                Princess Margaret Hospital on receiving 'Pharmaceutical
                                Care Award' for outstanding contribution in HIV/AIDS
                                Research and providing pharmaceutical care to these
                                patients. The award was presented in CAP Midterm Meeting
                                held at Hotel Radisson Convention Center during 20th -
                                22nd May 2005.
